About: Kennedy Eye Care

Dr. Sarah Kennedy, O.D.

Sarah A. Kennedy was born in Northern Minnesota and later relocated with her family to sunny Orlando, FL.

She received a Bachelor's degree in both Life Science and Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale. Afterwards, she received her Doctorate of Optometry from NSU in 2006.

Now located in Ocala, FL she opened Kennedy Eye Care in September 2011. She practices full scope optometry and works with patients of all ages. She had several externships where she gained valuable knowledge in fields such as ocular disease treatment and management, pediatric ocular care and contact lens management. She spends her spare time with her two sons and wonderful husband.
